• Discovery Calls: Free 30-minute consultations. No obligation to book further.
• Paid Coaching: 1:1 sessions via Zoom. Packages defined before purchase.
• No Guarantees: Results vary. Coaching supports self-awareness, not therapy or medical advice.
• Cancellations: 24-hour notice required. Late cancels charged 50%. No-shows fully charged.
• Confidentiality: Sessions private except legal requirements (harm risk, court order).

3. Book & Digital Products

• Purchase: Final at checkout. Digital downloads (Fierce Intention Compass) delivered immediately.
• Refunds:
  • Books: Amazon policy (typically 30 days).
  • Digital: No refunds (instant access).
  • Coaching: No refunds after first session.
• Copyright: All rights reserved. Personal use only. No resale/sharing.

4. Payments

• Processed securely via Stripe/Amazon.
• Prices exclude VAT (added at checkout for UK).
• Disputes follow payment provider policy.

5. User Conduct

• No abusive language, harassment, or threats.
• Respect other users’ privacy.
• Violation may result in account suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Site/services provided “as is.” No warranties (accuracy, uninterrupted access).
• Not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, data loss).
• Coaching not medical/therapy. Consult professionals for health issues.
• Liability capped at fees paid (if any).
